Avoid sleep in Office |
For people who find divorce so traumatizing that they lose
sleep, which leads to increased blood pressure, and causes early death, says a
new study, Researchers found that though sleep issue were normal in after separation,
as it was an adjustment, if it continues for a longer time, it may indicate
depression and such people are particularly susceptible to health problems.
They found changes in resting blood pressure were associated with sleep
problems. Researcher Dr David Sbarras said that any increase in blood pressure
should not be taken lightly for people who already have high blood pressure
complaints corresponded to a roughly six unit increase in subsequent systolic
blood pressure. Lead study author Kendra Krietsh suggested that people who have
persistent difficulties sleeping after a divorce should look for cognitive behavioral
therapy, for making daily agenda that promote healthy sleep, or to identify new ways to calm down at bedtime.
